Ted GREGORY is operations manager of Property Claim Services® (PCS®). He is responsible for daily operations of the PCS team, including catastrophe identification; loss estimate development; and all PCS bulletins, severe weather summaries, and storm and event tracking reports. Additionally, he coordinates PCS product and website enhancements, administers PCS quality control, and oversees customer service. 

Ted  has more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, including extensive work in property and catastrophe planning and response. Most recently, he served at USAA, where he spent 16 years handling various duties, including the management of all levels of property claims.
